I took my Ford F150 here for an unidentified drive train issue (i was experiencing a multitude of symptoms). I spent 6 months at other Ford dealerships trying to figure out what was wrong before taking it to Big Star Ford. The dealership picked up my car and returned it 6 hours later. Only in for an oil change. I had to call them to find out about my car.
